Third Term 1st218, July / August 2022 Lesson 1

The first lesson of the new school term is traditionally putting and Neil and I were really happy when three young ladies, Sadie, Ava and Chiara joined us for their first golf lessons with 1st218. For Ava and Chiara it was their first golf lessons while Sadie had golf lessons with me before. Neil and I laid out five holes all of which incorporated different putting drills. At the end of the lesson we had a competition which was won by Ava who we see below with Neil collecting her prize and second prize went to another young lady Ektah who we see in the photo below Ava also receiving her prize from Neil

The second session for the more advanced youngsters, we had them doing do the same putting drills except their competition putt was a longer harder putt which was down hill with a left to right break. Here we see Ethan, who was winner on the day, and Jordy going through one of the drills
