Carter Takes US Kids Golf Top Honours at Royal Durban

On Sunday, 28 May, Carter’s Dad, Dane, asked if I’d like to watch Carter playing in the US Kids Golf Competition at Royal Durban and was very happy to say yes. It had been a while since I last saw Carter and was amazed at how tall he’d got and how far and beautifully he hits the golf ball. Carter played brilliant golf shooting a 2 over 38, which included 3 birdies, 2 bogeys and a triple bogey in his 9 holes. On the 18th Carter’s drive found the fairway bunker but a brilliant iron from the bunker saw him land pin high and putting for an eagle. Here are a few clips from yesterday’s competition
