Third Term 2024, Fourth Lesson, 03rd of August

Saturday mornings lessons we focused on hitting the 7 iron. We were also joined by four new youngsters including a new girl and it is very pleasing to see how many young girls are showing an interest in golf and want lessons. We went through the usual GASP concept – grip, alignment, stance and posture and our own DnA concept which is distance and accuracy before the youngsters went to their bays and hit golf balls under the watchful eyes of Neil and I. We try and spend equal amounts of time helping each youngster, making adjustments where necessary and complimenting them on their good shots. Our winners of the competitions were Yusuf in the first class and Daniyaal in the second with Kirana second in both classes. Kirana and Hudson were playing in the SA Kids Golf Comp the next day so they stayed and had a double lesson
