Second Term 2024, Seventh Lesson, 18th of May

A promise is a promise and must be kept, the previous Saturday our youngsters asked when we were going to help them with their drivers so we said “next Saturday”, so a lesson with the driver it was. It was also great to see Kayla and Hamza with their new clubs  and how well they did with their new clubs. As always Neil and I went through the driver set up which is different to the irons set up. With the driver you want to hit the ball just after the club has reached the bottom of the swing arc versus hitting irons where you want to hit the ball just before the club reaches the bottom of the swing arc. All the youngsters got the hang of it pretty quickly and without exception all hit great shots as you will see and hear by our reactions in the videos, but before the videos let’s show you our winners

Kirana won the first lesson, with Kayla who was using her new clubs for the first time, was second, while Hudson just beat Daniyaal in the second class
